My role as a facilitator is to support everyone to do their best thinking. To do this, I encourage full participation, promote mutual understanding and cultivate shared responsibility.
By supporting everyone to do their best thinking, a facilitator enables group members to search for inclusive solutions and build sustainable agreements. Achieving a consensus on disagreements that preexist or emerge in our meetings enables us to develop a strong basis for future action.
